HAEMATOCON 2024 Scientific Committee welcomes all delegates to submit their abstracts of original work for oral and poster presentation for the 65th Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Haematology and Blood Transfusion- HAEMATOCON 2024
Abstract submission is open now, with a deadline of 10th October 2024. All presenting authors must register for the conference to have their papers included in the scientific program.

The selected abstracts will be published in the supplementary issue of the indian journal of hematology and blood transfusion.
Instructions for submitting the abstracts.
First Author has to be registered for Haematocon 2024 to be eligible to submit the abstract.
Haematocon 2024 registration receipt has to be attached along with the abstract submission.
The abstracts must contain original content which is not published prior to this conference.
Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English language only.
Create a username and password to login to the submission site.
Abstracts should not exceed 350 words and should be typed in the box provided on the online submission page.
To ensure a well-structured and organized abstract, please include the following sub-headings in your submission:

You are allowed to include one table or graph with your abstract. Upload the file in JPEG or PDF format on the online submission page. Please make sure the file size is under 1 MB
You can save your abstract as a draft if you need to rework it. Once your abstract is submitted, NO REVISIONS or EDITING will be allowed.
When submitting an abstract for review, make sure you click the submit button one time only. If you do not click the submit button, your abstract will be saved in the “drafts” section of the submission site. “Draft submissions” will not be considered for review.
Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the author via the email provided while submitting the abstract.
The author may choose between the options of Poster or Oral presentation. However, the scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject/assign a different presentation type to all the abstracts.
Abstracts submitted through mail will not be accepted. Please submit your abstract only through the official website.
Ensure the accuracy of your abstract submission: Check for spelling, grammatical, and scientific errors before submitting, as no corrections will be accepted after the deadline. HAEMATOCON 2024 is not responsible for errors in the abstract submission and will publish them exactly as submitted.
